2K Imagesider Clearcoat is highly flexible and has been formulated for use over graphic imaged PVC curtains. The imaged curtains are clear coated directly without any form of preparation as they are delivered to the applicator in pristine condition. The applicator must be careful not to
contaminate the imaged PVC surface before applying the clearcoat.
It should be noted that the raw clearcoat component itself is slightly cloudy due to the presence of a flow agent. This has been added to get good wet-out of clearcoat over both the background lacquer on the PVC and the ink. This cloudiness disappears when the clearcoat is activated and
thinned.
